Eating ethically, healthily and organically shouldn’t compromise on flavour. Real, natural food can be the most indulgent and luxurious.

inSpiral, based in Camden, seem to be thinking along the same lines. Launching in time to enjoy these beautiful sunny mornings, inSpiral have introduced a new Raw Breakfast dish for Summer 2013, a Flax and Chia Seed Pancake. We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it should definitely be delicious, nutritious and sometimes, a bit special.  This looks like a great way to start the day, made with energy giving Chia seeds and filled with a banana and cashew nut cream. Plus the tropical flavours of mango and coconut make this a whole world away from the traditional American style pancake, maybe helping to bring a sense of the summer holiday to London!  It’s great to see an indulgent but healthy and vegan, breakfast dish, and it’s certainly good value at £4.95, with free herbal tea before midday. Perfect to accompany soaking up the sunshine on their jetty overlooking Camden’s canal!
