How Holosync Meditation has Changed My life

What if you could spring clean your mind in the most gentle way, and in doing so become a beacon of creativity, calm and contentment? I have found the most amazing way to do this through  Holosync Meditation    If you have been looking for a turbo charged form of mindfulness to reboot your life, this is it.  After a month of meditation practice, I now have more energy, my creativity is boundless and I find  I am able to  stay much calmer when life throws up some serious booby traps.  I have discovered the most incredible  holistic rocket fuel for the mind and I want to share it with you. Holosync  is helping me to get my creative groove back and their extraordinarily therapeutic programme holds my hand and helps  me to stay happy, focused and more successful in every area of my life. If I have one regret, it is that I didn’t discover mindfulness sooner. It is utterly, enthrallingly life changing.

If you are a creative person, a ceo or budding entrepreneur – meditation is the bees knees. It is brilliant for unleashing creativity. It is also good for stress,  exhaustion, emotional problems, bereavement, stuck patterns of behaviour and trauma of any kind. Oh, and most importantly, for increasing levels of happiness.

First I learnt Tm meditation, the technique taught by Mahesh Yogi, the physicist turned guru of the Beatles…. This is an excellent form of meditation, with one caveat. If you have a lot of stress to deal with then it can take years to feel the benefits with traditional meditation. Also, if the conditions aren’t perfect for a quiet, peaceful practice, I find it doesn’t work properly at all.  I need a more turbo charged form of mindfulness to achieve results faster.

Then, by accident I found it, when I was searching Google for an top integrated doctor which led me to Doctor Mark Hyman’s website in the US. Imagine Cary Grant as a GP and you get the idea. Hyman is very personable and debonair. A charismatic goof ball of a man, with a razor sharp intellect, and some very inspiring ideas on how to get back to health basics. That yes, medicine is great for life saving emergencies; but why not go for prevention every time, and teach people that slow food and mind food is the best way to fix the modern disease of stress and our far too fast unhealthy lifestyles.

In his top tips of things to do to beat stress he highly recommends a meditation programme called  Holosync Meditation   created by Centrepointe Research which uses Nobel prize research into the brain to rewire the mind, using sounds that stimulate alpha and theta brain wave states.

Reader it took me a month to buy the programme, because I was so annoyed by the American style marketing tidal wave that I innocently unleashed when I handed over my email address.  I thought ‘if this is so good, why the desperate sales pitch?’ In the end, the founder sent me an email and said, ‘ you said you are stressed, so why haven’t you bought the programme?’ I had to laugh. So I bought it there and then. (Note to Bill Harris. You really need a different marketing approach for we reserved Brits).

The first time I listened to The Dive, part 1  of the programme, I felt like I had been taken on a profound, yet very gentle journey back to the innocence of my childhood.  The cd gently carries you into a safe, cocooning world of sounds and running water that stills a restless mind like nothing else can.  This is profoundly comforting and reassuring and does lead to a Zen-like calm.

I’ve now been listening to the programme for a month, and I have progressed to meditating with Holosync for an hour a day. The programme is like going on holiday to Hawaii without having to leave the house. As a result of meditating with the Dive, my creativity is boundless, I have more energy and I feel so excited about my life as a journalist and entrepreneur.  Holosync is retuning my mind and helping me to fly creatively. Try it and change your life too.
